At Let's Do Coffee, we deliver the community and resources you need to future-proof your executive career.

Navigating career transitions and building the right network is a major challenge for senior leaders. That's why we founded the Executive Hub. Our model connects you with fellow executives and decision-makers who understand your journey, operate with integrity, and focus on genuine human connection.

It started with a single LinkedIn post. After 84 failed job applications, Maarten declared: "I'm not doing any more interviews. Let's do coffee." That post went viral—over 150,000 views in 4 days. Senior leaders worldwide reached out, all sharing the same frustration with broken recruitment.

We started with WhatsApp groups but quickly realized we needed something better. That's where the Executive Hub was born. Within 3 days of launching, 200 members joined. Today, we carefully vet every application because quality matters more than quantity.

Throughout our journeys, we've heard too many stories of talented executives becoming invisible to opportunities they deserve. Leaders filtered out by algorithms. Qualified professionals stuck in broken processes. It bothered us that there wasn't a better way.
